Chris is adept at problem solving and program management. He has a vast understanding of program development strategy in the BioPharma industry, and the skills to apply this efficiently.

I had the pleasure of being one of the first technicians hired by Chris to report to and work closely with in starting up a new media suite at Centocor St. Louis. Chris and I made a great team with his expertise in media operations and my expertise in chemical formulations and how the site operated. Chris always gave praise for the great accomplishments and constructive coaching in areas needing improvement. Chris taught me not to focus on the road block impeding progress, but to find a solution and move forward with it. Overall I found it to be very easy to work for Chris, if the right opportunity presented itself it would be my pleasure to work for Chris in the future.

Chris consistently demonstrates excellent program management skills while simultaneously strengthening his relationships with external partners. I have had the professional and personal pleasure of working with Chris. His experience, communication skills, and attention to details combined with his solution driven approach to solving challenges is refreshing and delivers results for his employer and partner. I am comfortable saying Chris is one of the best I have had the privilege of working with and he will continue to make a difference in any high performing team.

Chris has been an amazing colleague and teammate at Athersys. In the 3+ years I’ve known him, his passion for technology and attention to detail has never failed to impress me. He dives into each project’s subject matter until he exhausts all available knowledge, so that he can drive the project plan and its management to maximum efficiency with the right assumptions. Chris is very independent and has handled multiple projects across our Company with the same level of excellence and thoroughness. The words, enterprising, resourceful, and technophile come to mind when describing Chris’ work ethic and approach. But above all this, what I really admire about him is his passion for transformative change vs maintaining status quo. Always questioning and challenging, Chris is ‘apolitical’ and will make sure the team gets to the best outcomes.

I have worked with Chris at two different companies. He drives change through innovation. Chris stays on tops of the multiple facets of GMP, Continuous Improvement, Management, and FDA regulation.

I worked extensively with Chris during his time at Athersys. Chris was truly a team player, always willing to mentor others and offer assistance. In the fast-paced and ever evolving environment at Athersys, Chris embraced new challenges and opportunities to learn. Chris managed multiple projects involving numerous multi-national organizations for which I was a scientific subject matter expert. He was very adept at establishing solid and amicable relationships between teams, leading to productive and collaborative efforts on our projects.
